Biography
Franklin Santos was Research Technician in Livestock and Forages at the National Institute for Agricultural and Forestry Innovation (INIAF). His research interests include plant and animal breeding and data science. He directs a group of researchers and is a graduate thesis advisor for the Agronomic Engineering Career at the Public University of El Alto.
